AG Football Agency was founded in 2019 with one clear mission: to be more than just a transfer facilitator. We aim to be a long-term partner to our players, guiding their careers both on and off the pitch.
We represent over 20 players, including several promising youth talents, and have been directly involved in more than 50 player transfers across Lithuania and various international markets.
Our philosophy is rooted in creating an environment built on mutual trust. We believe that being in a player’s corner — consistently, through every high and low — is essential to building the right path forward. Only through genuine partnership and trust can we guide a career in the right direction.
OUR STORY
AG Football Agency began its journey in 2019 with the transfer of Edvinas Kloniūnas from Kauno Žalgiris to NK BSK in Croatia’s second division. This first move marked the foundation of our agency and set the direction for everything that followed.
Since then, we have grown into a recognized and trusted name in both Lithuanian and international football. Our team has successfully facilitated over 50 player transfers across various markets worldwide, while building strong, long-term relationships with players, clubs, and partner agencies.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that a transfer is only a small part of what a true agency should offer. At the core of our work lies the relationship with the player and mutual trust. Without these two elements, no agent can truly deliver quality representation.
Once that foundation is in place, the transfer process becomes smoother, more efficient, and fully aligned with the player's long-term career goals. But our role doesn’t end there — alongside transfers, we provide a wide range of services both on and off the pitch to ensure that the player can focus entirely on football, with everything else taken care of.
