AG Football Agency announces a new addition to its team – Tadas Simaitis, a football professional with nearly two decades of experience in the game. A former player, sporting director, and agent, Tadas will now use his knowledge and network within the AG team to help players reach their full potential.

“I spent almost two decades in professional football – first as a player, later as a sporting director. Today, I use my experience and connections to help players find the right career paths and achieve their goals in the football world,” says Tadas Simaitis.

He adds that his decision to join AG Football Agency was driven by the agency’s professionalism, clear values, and ambitious team:

In recent years, Tadas has focused on building international relationships – an area that will remain central to his work at AG:

Alanas Gulbinas, founder of AG Football Agency, says that bringing Tadas into the team was a natural decision:

“We’ve been considering expanding the team for a while – even exploring collaborations with international partners. However, given that we worked with Tadas back when he was sporting director at football club “Riteriai” and later as an agent, it was clear that our work ethic, goals, and approach to player representation align perfectly. This fits well with the agency’s philosophy and long-term objectives.”

According to Alanas, Tadas’ arrival will help the agency provide an even higher level of service and strengthen its international reach:
